The hotel location is good. It provided easy access to the beach.
The service was inconsistent. Ordering beverages at dinner was slow. One night, water took 30 minutes to arrive. Some staff was unfriendly. This was not the reception one anticipates.

the location directly on the beach was a definite plus. i also appreciated the well maintained gardens. breakfast offered a good variety and i especially enjoyed the fresh omelettes. staff were generally friendly and helpful too.

the hotel features a spa, however, i noticed that the staff started cleaning up 30 minutes before closing time. the gym is available and the italian restaurant is fantastic with its skilled chef.

breakfast includes omelettes made to order with a large choice of fillings and lovely pancakes. apples, cut up oranges, canned pineapple and peaches were available. a fruit salad contained grapefruit.

I found the welcome drink quite refreshing upon arrival. Beach towels were readily available. Multiple restaurants are located on site. The live music added a special touch to the evenings.
The gym equipment could use a bit of updating.

The staff was very friendly making one feel like family.
The air conditioning did not work well in the bedroom. This resulted in a hot and sweaty sleep due to heavy duvets. I found the food quality poor for Christmas day lunch given the price charged.
